Lou is an amazing instructor! She’s positive & has a thriving attitude. Best one in Oregon by far, I’ve been to multiple trainers and she has to be the top trainer,I saw results in less than a month! How I got started - MY STORY

MY PASSION FOR FITNESS AND WORKING OUT STARTED 6 YEARS AGO. I want to talk a little bit about my fitness journey. Everything started when I lost my precious meddle Son Edgar, he was only 21 years old. I was lost even though I have all the family support.  I didn’t know how to keep going with my life. At that time, I was a member of a local gym. I got introduced to bodybuilding, and I immediately fall in love whit Strength training. Unfortunately, I didn’t always take care of myself. Nor did I always have muscle or even know how to lift weights.

In the beginning, I was NOT consistent. I didn’t know what arm, leg, or chest day meant. I could lift weights randomly and see improvement. Exercise continues to shape my life positively. It’s not a chore or something that I only view as a method to lose weight. I view it as the most incredible activity, a celebration of our bodies and the joy of movement. Fitness has always been a passion of mine, but I feel it now more than ever.

I’ve been consistent with my fitness because I’m obsessed with how it makes me feel. Exercise makes me happy. It makes me feel confident. It makes me feel that absolutely anything is possible as long as I set my mind to it. It gives me energy, it calms my mind, and it’s almost meditative in a sense. During exercise, I can completely clear my mind and be 100% in the moment. I focus on the moves that I am performing, and in those moments, nothing else matters other than how I feel physically. I’m working out consistently 4-6 times per week and loving every second of it. I became obsessed with pushing my body and training to the limits — learning what works, what doesn’t, and why — not just for my own benefit, but also to help others.

By utilizing mental, physical and nutritional requirement  system, you’ll get leaner, stronger and in the best shape of your life. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I specialize in strength and conditioning programs and customizes all workouts to fit each person’s specific schedule, areas of focus, and desired goals. My training style allows clients to learn and understand how different exercise modalities affects their unique body type. Understanding the types of foods and eating patterns that will allow you to get the most efficient results.
